BE MINE I. acrylic on wood
This is the first of my Be Mine series. In each of these paintings, a series that I work on as a rest between other projects, there is a "human" character and a creature. Does the creature belong to the human, or does the human belong to the creature? The creature appears to cause no alarm in its partner, rather, she is peaceful, or perhaps even apathetic.
